Shipping Policy

How confirmed orders are quoted, packed, and delivered, and what to do when boxes arrive.

COLO STONE GROUP LLC · Effective October 9, 2026

01From request to delivery

Orders move in four steps: you send an order request, we check stock and freight, we email a confirmation with the final total and payment instructions, and we dispatch once that is settled. The shipping amount is worked out per order and is not part of the starting total shown in the bag.

02Where we deliver

We ship to addresses in the United States. If you are outside the United States, write to us first; we will tell you whether we can quote delivery, and nothing is promised until we confirm it in writing. Freight carriers often cannot deliver to PO boxes, so please give a street address.

03Confirmation before anything ships

After we receive your request we check that the pieces are available, choose a carrier suited to their size, and send you a written quote. The email states the carrier or service, the delivery cost, the expected timing, and the final total. A quote applies for the period stated in the email.

04Handling and lead times

We do not publish fixed dispatch dates, because availability depends on stock and the pieces ordered. Your confirmation email states the expected handling time for your order. If something changes after confirmation, we will tell you promptly and offer to adjust or cancel.

05Carriers and freight

Single small pieces can usually travel by parcel service. Complete sets, hive bodies, and quantity orders are bulky and may ship in several parcels or by freight. Oversize, residential delivery, or lift-gate charges, where they apply, are shown in the quote before you commit.

06Shipping charges and taxes

Shipping is calculated from the size, weight, and destination of your order. Sales tax is added where it is required. Both are shown in your confirmation, and the amount in the confirmation email is the amount you pay.

07Packaging

We pack woodenware to protect its corners, joints, and handholds in transit. Please keep the packaging until you have inspected your order, in case a claim is needed.

08Delivery and inspection

Inspect the boxes when they arrive. If you see visible damage, note it on the carrier’s paperwork where you can and photograph the packaging and the pieces. Report any damage to us within 7 days of delivery so that we can open a claim and fix the problem. Our Refund Policy describes what happens next.

09Delayed or lost parcels

If your tracking shows no movement or a parcel has not arrived by the date in your confirmation, contact us and we will work with the carrier to trace it. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will replace it or refund it according to the Refund Policy.

10Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully. We cannot be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address that you provided. Tell us about address changes before dispatch; once a shipment is in transit, redirection fees charged by the carrier may apply.

11Split shipments

Pieces from one order may ship separately, for example when they are packed in different boxes. Your confirmation will list what to expect, and delivery charges are not duplicated unless we told you so in the quote.
